Do Not Open Gate for Anyone

YET AGAIN, this time on September 8, 2025, a homeless person gained entrance to the Clubhouse area by saying he lived here. He gained access to the pool and used the shower. He then gained access to the Game room to cool in the A/C. There were mothers with their children in the pool. DO NOT OPEN THE GATE FOR ANYONE. Homeowners are the only people who can gain access to the Clubhouse area only if they have a card or a FOB. This is an extremely important level of security. This is in place for both your safety and for those that are in the Clubhouse area. If anyone says that they left their access device at home, simply say ‘Go get it!’ DO NOT OPEN THE GATE FOR ANYONE. If you are witnessed on video opening the gate, your priveledges will be removed from the system.
