The Comstock Park Homeowner’s Association is governed by a volunteer homeowner Board of Directors, who are elected by their fellow homeowners. Property Maintenance, Pool Maintenance, Landscaping and Bookkeeping are contractors who work on-site and at the Association Administration office, led by the Association President.
The Association’s operation is similar to that of a property management company. While we do not maintain any of the individual homes, we do maintain all recreational facilities and commonly owned landscaped areas. We also enforce the rules and regulations known as the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s) and provide various member services.
Assessments and What They Cover
Income is derived from monthly assessments, which are mandatory upon ownership of property within the community. Comstock Park HOA property owners are members of the Comstock Park Homeowner’s Association.
Monthly assessments pay for the upkeep and maintenance of all the common areas including our Pool & Park areas, Clubhouse, landscaping and irrigation, fences and walls, as well as funding the office facility and the administration, insurance, utilities, and the reserve fund. The reserve fund is maintained for long-term replacement of the Association’s assets.
