The Comstock Park Homeowner’s Association is a non-profit corporation specifically established by Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions filed in March 1971 with the Secretary of State for the purpose of operating the business affairs of its homeowners association. This Association has established as its main goals the protection, maintenance and enhancement of the Common Grounds and Property owned in entirety by the Association.

Toward that end, the Association operates by an adopted Non-Discrimination Policy, and does not support, as an entity, any political person, party or faction in any manner. On occasion, the Association, as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors, may become involved in public policy issues as they pertain to or may affect the property, or value thereof, which is owned and maintained by this Association and/or its Members.
