New Mailboxes Are Coming!

The HOA has been notified that our USPS will be installing the new, “break-in proof” mailboxes for all homeowners. We have been told that our USPS will be installing four (4) mailboxes at a time. Once the boxes are installed, USPS will put a note on each pedestal directing homeowners to go to the USPS at 2300 E Postal Road in Pahrump to pick up your new mailbox key. Once the boxes are installed, no mail will be delivered until you pick up your key. We have been told that each homeowner is to bring their driver’s license to show proof of identity. They will get your undelivered mail and give you three (3) keys.
