Since April 22, 2023 I have been on the board in the Officer as Secretary and currently hold the Officer position as President, after Rachelle resigned from the Board to become an electrician. We have made great strides to repair and replace the areas of and around the facilities so to make them safe and available to all homeowners, while making sure the NRS laws and our CC&R’s are being followed so to place us in compliance with Nevada State, Nye County Regulations and park rules. However, we still have a long way to go. With our goal to be completely transparent and fiscally responsible and with continued support, I feel we will be able to meet expectations to make Comstock Park a place where community comes together to support each other.

I worked as an inventory control specialist, prepared the daily movement of equipment needed for the various departments and kept an accurate record of inventory which entailed detailed information on how equipment was allocated for use. My responsibilities included forecasting and ordering inventory, keeping the warehouse stocked for efficiency, and providing customer service, billing issues, credits, service calls, changing of service, adding new customers, and closing customer accounts. I left the company after 5 years.
I joined one of the first cellular service companies, Pac-Tel Cellular. I went through extensive training in order to handle the new world of cellular service and the myriad of questions that would and could come in, including but not limited to airtime, billing, cloning, programming phones, new service hook ups and closing accounts. I moved up to a supervisor position and overlooked 30 CSR’s, keeping track of the amount of calls, checking calls and handling the proper protocol for escalated customer calls. I also joined a tasks force to create a step-by-step manual covering all issues that customer service would need to answer. The manual met OSHA approval and customer service had a four-star rating in customer service for 4 years in a row.
During the 6 years at Pac-Tel, I got engaged, married and became pregnant. I took on the new world of motherhood and became a stay-at-home mother and wife. The next 15 years I was a domestic engineer which is short for CEO, CFO, human resources, nurse, counselor, travel agent, teacher, chef and maid. I was also team mom, umpire, assistant cub scout leader, PTA, classroom assistant, photographer for school’s special events, designing and creating the yearbook and handling orders and distribution. I was also on our church’s meals ministry, MOPS, and bible schoolteacher.
20 years of marriage unfortunately came to an end and I needed to get back out to paid employment.
I received my real estate license and did property management, handling 300 doors, meeting with prospective tenants, showing properties, taking and approving applications for move ins, handling calls for repairs and overseeing the repair done, record keeping for each property and sending a monthly statement to property owners.
I started my own business. The company was growing at a steady pace. I sold the company just a little over 2 years later and came to help my mom here in Pahrump. I decided to stay after my mother’s passing and have been here for 5 years.
I am honored to be on the Comstock HOA Board of Directors and volunteer my time to help all members of our community.

Hi! Briefly, my background. I have been in the Screen Actors’ Guild (SAG) for a long time. Predominantly, I acted in commercials. I also was an Auditor/Accountant on some 20 plus films keeping tight control on monies spent to produce the film.
I took a break for five years and was asked to work for Microsoft, where I travelled the world preaching Windows and Office, presenting tips and tricks to help users use Windows and Office more efficiently for themselves.
While living in Los Angeles and Palm Springs, I lived in HOAs and was on HOA Boards for 25 years as a Director, with the Officer position of Treasurer.
Though I have lived here in Pahrump but a short time, I have chosen to take a Director position on the Comstock HOA Board to both help the community where I now live and to do the best I can to protect all its member’s property values and the member’s well-being.
