No Food or Drink in Pool Area

Some homeowners have not read the No Food or Drink in Pool Area posted on the pool door. It is a federal law that no food and drink is permitted in a community pool area. Bottled water is allowed. No other beverages are allowed, including soda, fruit juices and alcoholic drinks.

When a homeowner is discovered to have food and drink in the pool area, the homeowner will be fined One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), per offense.

Any homeowner who witnesses anyone at the pool with food and drink, please alert the office as soon as possible so that the HOA can immediately handle the offense.

If homeowners do not comply with this federal law, the HOA will be forced by law to close the pool.
